Farechild’s event fee is 2.75% of the ticket price and $0.99 per paid ticket plus 2.99% payment processing per transaction.

Farechild is 100% free for organizers to host events if you don’t charge for tickets.

Events can be created in four easy steps. Start here.

During set up you will be asked what pay-out method you would like - ACH, PayPal or Venmo. You will also be required to complete a W9 in order to receive your payout. You will receive a link to enter your W9 information shortly after your event goes live. If you have not received a link to register, please email [email protected] Payouts are typically available 3-4 business days following the conclusion of the event.

Refunds can be requested up to 24 hours before the event. The Farechild event fee is non-refundable.

Refund requests less than 24 hours before the event has started, during the event, or after the event has ended, will need to be approved and processed by the event organizer. Farechild will not be able to process these refunds.

We do not offer printed tickets at this time.

Currently Farechild is only available for events hosted in the United States. We have plans for international expansion soon.

All tickets will be sent to the email of the purchaser. Each ticket will come with a unique QR code for scanning.
